Voluntary Benefits
Today’s workforce is made of a diverse population with
each employee having their own individual needs and circumstances.
By offering employee paid voluntary benefits, employers allow
employees to purchase coverage in addition to what the employer
may or may not offer based on that employee’s needs. At
no cost to the employer, these voluntary payroll deducted policies
have a value added benefit for employees.
Your One Source Solution
for Worksite Payroll Deducted Policies “Voluntary Plans”
UGP provides the employer with a one-source solution for all of his worksite
solutions. UGP offers a unique in-house solution found nowhere else in the
marketplace: In-house enrollment firm, In-House TPA for billing and a In-House

benefits consultants can have one source for customer service, enrollment,

their worksite products to multiple parties (enrollment firms, billing entities,
and insurance carriers) who then have to coordinate amongst themselves. They
now have a Single Source Solution!
United Group programs only represents the highest rated
and most financially strong insurance carriers. Offering
our agents, brokers and employers many quality insurance
companies and products to choose from. UGP has also developed
the enrollment and administrative expertise to handle the
complexities of multiple carrier processes and billing
procedures seamlessly where a case may require multiple
insurance products.

UGP is a licensed Third Party Administrator and Coordinated billing company
and a Managing General Agent for the majority of worksite insurance carriers.

means you can come to UGP with your worksite needs, and UGP will provide
the worksite products, UGP will handle the enrollment, and UGP will handle
the billing. UGP will handle all customer service through it’s call
center and dedicated account team.

outsourcing the enrollment Acme Enrollment company loses control.
Step 2: Joe contracts with Beta Third Party Administrator to handle the
billing
Step 3: Joe finds Worksite Insurance Company who offers Voluntary products

2)The enroller misrepresented the product

to our TPA or to our HR dept for payroll deduction purposes
